• How do I earn points?

  You can earn points in a variety of ways! Points are earned by making purchases, following us on our social media sites, submitting product reviews, referring friends and more! The more points you earn, the higher your loyalty tier, which unlocks even more rewards and benefits.

• How do I redeem my rewards?

  Redeeming your rewards is quick and easy:

  • Select the coupon you want to redeem.

• What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

  If you make a return, the points you earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.

• Do my points expire?

  Yes! To ensure your points don't expire, be sure to complete an activity (like adding your birthday or placing an order) within 12 months.

• Is there a limit to how many product reviews I can earn points for?

  We love hearing from you (and rewarding you for it!), so post as many reviews for different products as you'd like and continue earning points for each one.

• How soon will I see points from an in-store receipt I submitted?

  You can expect to see points added to your account within 10 business days of submitting your receipt.

• How does the referral program work?

  Simply share your unique referral link with friends and family on social, via email, or wherever you’d like. When someone makes a purchase using your link, you will both get $10 off. The more people you refer, the more rewards you earn. It really is that easy!

• How does my friend get the discount?

  Your friend’s $10 discount is automatically applied at checkout when they purchase using your referral link. One thing to remind then, referral credits cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Only one type of discount or promotion can be applied per order.
