- US:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 2 business days
- EU: 5 - 10 business days.
- Rest of the world: 5 - 10 business days.
Shipping Costs:
For all orders within the United States, standard shipping is free, while express shipping is available at an additional cost. For orders outside the USA, shipping rates vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
RETURNS
- Our policy is valid for 90 days. Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges can be made if your order is more than 90 days old.
- We accept returns of both used and unused items, including empty bottles. However, we cannot accept returns of more than one used or empty bottle.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you received the item as a gift and wish to return it, please note that the refund will be issued to the purchaser, and they will be informed of your return.

If multiple units of the same product were purchased with a post-purchase discount, the refund will reflect the discounted price first.
REFUNDS
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
